Today I had the absolute pleasure of attending a health expo to support the Marine Corps Security Forces Regiment at the Yorktown Naval Weapon Station. Let me tell you, it was an event to remember! With over 400 participants, it was a buzzing beehive of excitement, energy, and enthusiasm.
I had the amazing opportunity to chat with some of our nation's most deployed Marines and Sailors, and what an honor that was! Seriously, these folks are the real deal—brave, dedicated, and totally inspiring.
But wait, there's more! I want to give a massive shoutout to our incredible sponsors and supporters of the Strike Against Suicide, Spare a Life foundation. You guys rock! Your generosity enabled us to do something truly special. Drumroll, please… We provided 102 pairs of bowling shoes and 3 shiny new bowling balls to our nation's heroes, all in one day! That’s right, one day! Talk about knocking it out of the park—or should I say, out of the bowling alley?
I’m pretty sure we sparked a few new bowling legends right then and there. Maybe we’ll see some of them on the pro circuit someday, all thanks to your kindness and support.
